Where:  War Memorial Building, Jim Barnett Park, Winchester VA
When:  Friday, 01 APR 7PM-9PM AND Saturday, 02 APR 1PM to 4:30PM (There will also be a required bird walk to be scheduled later.)

How:  Free!  Please read the Bird Study merit badge prior to attending--$4.49 at the Scout Store.
